Prof. Dr. Ulaş Çaydaş was born in 1978 in the Bulanık district of Muş. He completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Mechanical Education at Fırat University in 2000, and his master's and doctoral studies in the Mechanical Technologies of the Institute of Science in 2003 and 2008, respectively. In 2011, he was appointed as an Associate Professor to Fırat University, Faculty of Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Construction and Manufacturing. In 2014, he gave lectures in the fields of automotive and mechanical engineering at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Swickau, Germany. He performed many academic and administrative duties at Fırat University. Having received the title of professor in 2019, Çaydaş was appointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of Muş Alparslan University in 2020. He has written many research articles at the national and international levels and has signed many projects. The winner of the TÜBİTAK Scientific Incentive Award, He is among the most influential scientists in the world in terms of H index values.
